This document contains the definitions of the ITU indicators based on administrative data sources that have been developed between 2011 and 2013, after the publication of the ITU Handbook for the Collection of Administrative Data on Telecommunications/ICT. These additions reflect the outcomes of the Expert Group on Telecommunication/ICT Indicators (EGTI), as endorsed by the World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Symposium.
