The fourth World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-06) took place in Doha (Qatar) from 7 to 15 March 2006. The Final Report contains the Doha Declaration, the Conference's contribution to the ITU Strategic Plan for the Telecommunication Development Sector, the Doha Action Plan (DAP) focusing on the programmes, activities, regional initiatives, the resolutions approved and the recommendations made by the Conference directed towards the purposes and objectives of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector for the four-year period 2007-2010.
